What is Ayurveda and how does it relate to counselling?
Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old holistic system of health that considers the whole person — body, mind, digestion, emotions, and lifestyle. Combined with counselling, it supports both emotional wellbeing and physical balance.
How will I know if this support is right for me?
I offer a free 15-minute call where we can explore what’s been going on for you, discuss your needs, and see whether counselling alongside Ayurvedic-informed support feels like the right fit.
What can I expect during a counselling session with art?
These sessions are gentle, relaxed, and non-judgemental. There is no pressure to talk or to create in any particular way. We may begin with conversation, or you may choose to work quietly with calming materials such as clay, watercolour, collage, beading, or paint. The art provides a soothing focus and often makes it easier for thoughts and feelings to surface naturally. You do not need any art experience — the process is about expression, reflection, and emotional support rather than producing artwork.
How do I pay for my sessions?
All sessions are paid for in advance. I will send you a secure payment link, and payment is required at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
What is your cancellation policy?
You are welcome to cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Any session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Do I need previous counselling experience?
No previous experience is needed. Many clients are new to counselling. Sessions are always paced around what feels comfortable and supportive for you.
How long does it take to notice benefits?
Everyone’s journey is different. Some women notice changes quickly, while others benefit from steady support over time as we build sustainable routines and deeper awareness.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. Sessions are available online as well as in person, allowing flexibility and accessibility wherever you are.
Do I need to follow a strict Ayurvedic diet?
No. Ayurvedic guidance is personalised and practical. There is no requirement to follow a strict diet or lifestyle — any recommendations are gentle, realistic, and tailored to you.
Can this support help with stress, anxiety, or low energy?
Yes. Counselling combined with Ayurvedic-informed wellness focuses on calming the nervous system, restoring energy, and addressing root causes of stress and emotional fatigue.
Will you be offering Ayurvedic massage or body therapies?
Yes. Ayurvedic massage and body therapies will be added soon and will complement counselling and wellness coaching by supporting physical relaxation and nervous system balance.
