A focused 50-minute session for women who need space to pause, reflect and reset. Drawing on my counselling background and training in nutrition and Ayurveda, we gently explore what feels out of balance — whether that’s emotional overwhelm, disrupted sleep, changes in appetite, digestive discomfort, or a complicated relationship with food. This session offers compassionate support and practical guidance to help you feel clearer, calmer and more connected to your body.
90-Minute Deep Dive

This extended 90-minute session allows us to look more deeply at your current challenges and patterns. Together we explore emotional wellbeing, midlife transitions, stress, sleep, and nutritional imbalances, while also considering Ayurvedic principles that may be affecting your energy, digestion and mood. You leave with personalised insights and gentle, realistic steps to restore balance — physically and emotionally.
4-Week or 6-Week Support Packages
£70
For women who are ready for meaningful change, I offer structured 4-week and 6-week programmes. These include ongoing one-to-one support, personalised nutrition and lifestyle guidance, simple exercise recommendations, and consistent emotional support grounded in my counselling training. The longer 6-week option provides deeper integration, accountability and continuity — allowing space for sustainable shifts in energy, sleep, mood and self-trust. This is steady, compassionate support for women who feel stuck and want to move forward with clarity and confidence.
